There are no phones working....If none of your phones are working you should make sure the system is powered up. (There should be a indicator light on the phone system to indicate it has power.) If the system is powered up reset it by turning it off (Or unplugging it if there is no switch.) Wait 30 seconds and plug it back in. If this does not work call ComNet for service.  If there is  no indication that the system has power plug a lamp or other item into that outlet to be sure there is power there. (Remember the telephone system will not work in a power outage) If there is no power at that point check any circuit breakers or fuses to see if they have been tripped. If there is a fuse blown or a breaker tripped, try to reset or replace it and check the system. If there is still no power or if all fuses and breakers are good, then a extension cord to another outlet can be used in the interim. Call ComNet for service 

This Phone is not working.... If a phone does not function correctly switch the non-working phone and line cord with another working phone of the same type. If the phone works at the other location the problem is with the system, cable, or jack  running to the non-working phone. Call ComNet for service.  If the phone does not work the problem is with the phone or the line cord. Replace the line cord. If the problem still occurs call ComNet for service.

There is noise or static thru this phone....If there is noise or static thru the handset of a phone switch the handset and coil cord to another working phone of the same type. If the noise follows to the new phone the problem is in the coil cord or handset. Replace the coil cord. If the if this does not solve the problem, the handset will need to be repaired. Call ComNet for service. If the static does not follow with the handset try to switch the phone and line cord with another working phone of the same type. If the noise follows, replace the line cord. If the problem continues, the phone will need to be repaired. Call ComNet for service. If the noise does not follow the phone, line cord, coil cord, and the handset the line and system will need to be checked. Call ComNet for service. 

This telephone line does not work....If one of your telephone lines (C.O. Lines) does not work, check other system phones to see if that line works at any station. If it does call ComNet for service. If it does not, chances are the problem is with your service provider. Call them first. They can do a remote check to see if their equipment is failing. If their equipment shows to be in good working order, call ComNet for service.
