Time and date set:
From extension 10 press (ITCM) ( *) (#)
    Enter year, month, day, hour, minute in this form (yymmddhhmm))

Programming personal speed dial numbers:
From extension where you want # programmed press (ITCM) (*) (*) (1)
    Press programmable button or keypad button to choose storage location
    Dial (0) (0) and any number up to 16 digits long-include * and # if needed
    Press (TRANS/CONF) to store number
    Repeat from "Press programmable button" until all speed dial numbers are stored
    Press (SPKR)

Programming system speed dial numbers:
From extension 10 press (ITCM) (*) (#) (0) (2)
    Dial 01-99  to choose storage location
    Dial (#) to clear current entry
    Dial (9) (0) and any number up to 32 digits long-include * and # if needed
    Press (TRANS/CONF) to store number
    Repeat from "Dial 01-99 to choose storage" until all speed dial numbers are stored
    Press (SPKR)

Using Background Music:
From extension where you want to control background music
-TO TURN ON MUSIC 
 
   Press (ITCM) (*) (1) (1)
    Adjust the music volume with the volume buttons
-TO TURN OFF MUSIC
    Press (ITCM) (#) (1)

Time and Date Set:

   Dial 00-99 for year
    Dial 01-12 for month
    Dial 01-31 for day
    Dial 00-23 for hour
    Dial 00-59 for min
    Dial *

Programming personal speed dial numbers:
From extension where you want # programmed press (ITCM) (*) (*) (2)
    Press keypad button (0-9) to choose storage location
    Dial (0) and any number up to 16 digits long-include * and # if needed using (HOLD) for pause
    Press (TRANS/CONF) to store number
    Repeat from "Press keypad button" until all speed dial numbers are stored
    Press (SPKR)

Programming personal speed dial numbers:
From extension where you want # programmed press (OPTIONS)
    Press (NEXT) until (SDIAL) appears
    Press (SDIAL)    
    Press keypad button (1-0) to choose storage location
    Dial (0) (0) and any number up to 16 digits long-include * and # if needed using (HOLD) for pause
    Press (SAVE) to store number
    Repeat from "Press keypad button" until all speed dial numbers are stored
    Press (EXIT)
    Press (SPEAKER)

    Dial 100-229 to choose storage location
    Dial 000
    Press (#) 
    Dial (9) (0) and any number up to 32 digits long-include * and # if needed using (HOLD) for pause
    Press (TRANS/CONF) to store number
    Repeat from "Dial 100-229 to choose" until all speed dial numbers are stored
    Press (SPKR)

Using Background Music:
From extension where you want to control background music

    Adjust the music volume with the volume buttons

Key Voice Voice Processing

Time and Date Set: (See note below*)
From any extension call into the voice mail and log into the supervisor mailbox 70. (The password by default
     is 70)
     Press (6) at the first menu
     Press (7) at the second menu and follow the prompts to set the time
     Press (8) when you return to the second menu and follow the prompts to set the date
     Exit the voicemail when finished

* If your phone system is DSU II, DXP, DXP Plus, FX Series, and DSU with a software revision of 20a or later your phone system's time should be changed. The voicemail will reset it's clock to match that of the phone system.
